From Donna: back pain

Dear Felicia,

I want to thank you for the amazing work we've done over the past few weeks. I've had this pain pattern with my back for years. The consistent stability of my back after our recent work has been a gift.

During our first session, I was feeling very little pain. Not like the level 10 pain I'd been having over the previous few months. However, when we started the energy work, I bent over at that moment I had the experience of pain level 5 all the way down my spine. As you gently tapped on the points on my back along with the energy release words, I found I had instant relief from the pain.

For the week following my pain was on and off as it had been. However, after my second session and more energy release work, I found a stability with my back that I've not had in years.

Through our discussions and explorations of symptoms I realized how I take on the issues of others. This became clear when I went over to help a friend unpack his new home. The pain in my back was intense after only a few hours. I left shortly after the pain started, realizing this was brought on by emotions around this challenging friend.

The last two sessions were amazing in which my self esteem was so entangled with my mom. These feelings have impacted my entire life and with our work together I've not only gotten clear on the awareness of the source of my repeating issues, but also had such release and relief with my back issues.

What is so amazing is the way my relationships with people today seem to connect to unconscious issues that intially don't even seem related.

I can't thank you enough for the opportunity to do energy work with you.
